ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

American Heritage Restoration, a locally-owned Commercial Restoration business, is looking for a new Account Representative.

In this role, you will be instrumental in the growth & development of our business by securing new clients through strategic sales & marketing activities.

The ideal candidate would have direct business-to-business sales experience, would be great if your experience is in the construction industry, but not required.

The day-to-day of this opportunity includes a range of new business development activities such as attending networking events, participation in trade shows, creating meet & greet events, outreach to potential clients, scheduling sales meetings for senior sales reps, and planning other social activities (like golfing & happy hours).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
  • Call on HOA’s, property management, construction and other companies that have properties to build relationships
  • Set up meet and greets with vendors, coordinating events like golf events, happy hours, etc.
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Schedule meetings for senior sales reps, support sales team, sell maintenance agreements

Skills, Traits, and Experience:

  • Upbeat, Friendly and Outgoing
  • Highly Motivated
  • Able to work well with a range of personalities, such as luxury property managers to owners of construction companies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Business development experience strongly preferred, but willing to learn and train the right individual
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Marketing preferred

Hours, Pay and Benefits:

  • Full-time, work within standard business hours

  • $45k-$55k base pay DOE, plus expense account, + commission (proven average commission for first year employees has been $45k - $60k annually, but the sky is the limit, we won't hold you back).
