Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, answering phone calls and conducting initial client intake interviews. Collect detailed information about potential clients’ cases to help qualify cases. Follow up with leads to answer questions. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case information using the firm’s case management software. Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth transitions from intake to ongoing case management. Stay informed of the firm’s services and legal processes to accurately convey information to prospective clients. Manage multiple tasks efficiently, handling interruptions while staying focused on completing intake processes. Maintain a sense of urgency in retaining client sign-ups while providing empathetic and professional communication. Required Skills & Qualifications: Comfortable with phone-based work and capable of building rapport with potential clients quickly. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to changes and learn quickly as the firm evolves and implements new systems or processes. Demonstrates empathy, understanding, and compassion while maintaining professionalism. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong internal and external communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and conveying complex information clearly. Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on client conversion and retention. High attention to detail, ensuring accurate data collection and follow-up. Coachable and eager to receive feedback for continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a customer service environment is a plus.
