A locally owned and highly respected successful blinds and window coverings company based in Southeast Denver (I-25 & Evans) is seeking a highly customer-focused Installation Professional to join the team!

The Installation Technician is one of the most important individuals within our company as you would be the one to help shape our customer’s highly satisfied experience.

An ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role as well as experience working directly with customers. Experience in the industry is helpful but not required. Most importantly, you must be someone that truly wants to go the extra mile to provide top-notch service to customers.


  • Install blinds, shades, shutters and other window treatments.

  • Perform window treatment repairs.

  • Receive customer payments.

  • Maintain proper installation paperwork.

  • Clean up after installation of debris, dust, etc.

  • Help organize window covering orders and installation materials in shop.

  • Use simple computer programs (email).


  • Prior general workmanship skills from any hands on industry.

  • Previous success in hands on positions including home automation, light carpentry, other light carpentry or construction related positions is helpful but not required.

  • Self-directed and able to work independently and work as a valuable team player.

  • Friendly, courteous, pleasant with all types of people.

  • Ability to learn and handle new technology as introduced to the window covering and installation industry.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Communication including telephone, written and verbal communication skills are critical when interfacing with all levels of staff and clients.

  • Current and valid driver's license.

  • Punctual and dependable.

Hourly Employment:

$18.00 to $24.00+, depending upon experience.

This is a full-time hourly position with advancement opportunities. Wage based on prior experience.



High school or equivalent. Clean Driving Record

Ability to pass a background check.

Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and can climb up and down ladders.
