About the Role: As our Superintendent, you’ll take charge of day-to-day operations across multiple residential remodeling projects. You'll lead job sites from start to finish—managing subcontractors, overseeing scheduling and site safety, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring each project is delivered on time and within budget. This role is perfect for a field-first leader who excels at multitasking, problem-solving, and driving craftsmanship in every detail. Key Responsibilities: Manage 5–15 residential remodeling projects simultaneously, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and budget Collaborate with office staff and construction managers to streamline operations and maintain realistic construction schedules Conduct detailed pre-planning, including material procurement and subcontractor scheduling, to ensure efficient project execution Perform regular site walkthroughs and maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to achieve milestones and exceed expectations Monitor daily job progress, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and client goals Enforce quality standards, building codes, and project specifications across all remodeling phases Coordinate with sub, inspectors, and subcontractors for timely, high-quality work Build strong relationships with clients, architects, suppliers, subcontractors and local permitting authorities Maintain site safety and security in compliance with OSHA and company guidelines Document daily workmanship and key quality checkpoints (e.g., waterproofing, flashing) Lead project closeouts, including final walkthroughs and presentations to clients and leadership Who We're Looking For: Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in residential and commercial TI work remodeling or site management. Strong leadership skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and teams effectively Exceptional organizational, time-management, and excellent communication skills Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Washington state safety regulations A self-starter who aligns with our core values, dedicated to exceeding client expectations in every project What We Offer: Base $80k -$110k Depending on experience Full-time position Company Car Health Benefits Dental/Vision/Health PTO
