Operations & Customer Service Agent for Freight Forwarder

We are currently looking for an Operations and Customer Service Agent.
The primary duties include providing exceptional service to our customers and working through our vendors to meet and exceed our customers' needs! This involves everything in the entire process of both domestic and international freight forwarding including accurately quoting, arranging, routing, tracking, costing, rating shipments and participating in on-call rotation.

This is a full-time position, averaging 40-50 hours per week, Mon-Fri. This position is salary based and includes an on-call rotation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid holidays and PTO.
