Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Showroom Manager & Sales Support professional to join our Dania Beach team. This is a long-term position that plays a key role in maintaining our showroom standards, supporting our Executive Vice President (EVP), and developing strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a service-driven mindset, and the desire to grow into a sales-focused career within CinemaTech. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and wants to work closely with leadership to master the art of consultative sales in the luxury design world.
You will work hand-in-hand with the EVP and support all showroom-based activities, assist in sales development, and manage daily operations to ensure client visits, presentations, and communications reflect our premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Sales Support
Work closely with the EVP to manage daily schedules, sales presentations, project updates, and client communication.
Help prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, and follow-up documentation.
Join client meetings and calls to learn sales best practices, contribute to relationship management, and act as a liaison when needed.
Run occasional business-related errands and assist with daily task execution.
Showroom Management
Ensure the showroom is always client-ready: clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Maintain vendor relationships (cleaning, catering, floral, etc.).
Manage all samples, literature, and product displays to ensure up-to-date and premium presentation.
Sales Development
Engage with clients during showroom tours and design meetings; support the sales process by identifying needs and highlighting CinemaTech offerings.
Grow into a consultative sales role through shadowing and working directly with the EVP.
Assist in tracking pipeline opportunities, entering CRM updates, and preparing for client meetings.
Learn the full CinemaTech product line and apply knowledge to support sales initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
Help maintain communication with high-end clients throughout project phases.
Ensure follow-up touchpoints are executed and client expectations are exceeded.
Attend project site visits with the EVP to observe and assist in account management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Showroom consistently ready for client visits and maintained to company standards.
Demonstrated growth in ownership of sales support responsibilities.
Contribution to successful client meetings, timely project deliverables, and overall client satisfaction.
CRM and internal systems are maintained accurately and consistently.
Support for EVP that results in more efficient sales and project processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales, design, or luxury services.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning CRM/project management systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor.
Eagerness to learn and grow into a long-term career in luxury sales.
Benefits
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM at the Dania Beach showroom. Flexibility is required for occasional after-hours meetings, events, or client support.
