A small and growing manufacturer of professional window cleaning equipment is looking for a new Administrative Assistant to join their small, front office team. In this role, you will be assisting the owner and general manager with office admin duties such as answering phones, greeting guests, customer service, managing mail, order entry, support invoicing and general office duties. We are a small office and everyone pitches in where ever it is needed and having a “can-do” attitude is critical for success in this position.
The ideal person for this office admin role would be highly organized, like learning new things, have excellent customer service skills and be very dependable & reliable. A flexible and adaptable attitude, being upbeat & friendly, and having natural problem-solving skills are all ideal personality traits for this role. Additionally, you should be comfortable making outgoing calls and able to follow up with customers about billing and orders.
Job Duties Include, but are not limited to:
-Follow up with customer requests, order information, billing and collections
-Help with some bookkeeping & light accounting duties, such as completing accounts payable entries and sending invoices
-Order office supplies
-Organize and manage digital and paper files & documents
-Send "Thank You” cards
-Manage “Back Order” Procedures
-Data Management & Record Keeping
-Calendar Management and Scheduling
-Other admin and general office duties

Required Experience Includes, but not limited to:
-1 – 2 years of Admin Assistant or Office Management Experience
-Strong computer skills, ideally solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, bookkeeping software, etc.
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
Hours and Compensation:
-8:00am – 4:30pm with ½ hour lunch, some flexibility with this schedule, however punctuality is important to us.
-$16 - 17 per hour (depending on experience), plus medical benefits including healthcare benefits, paid holidays, vacation time, and profit sharing
