About the Opportunity:

Join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator and become an integral part of our mission to provide exceptional service and protection for our customers' vehicles. As the welcoming face of Red Rock Window Tint and Clear Bra, you will greet our customers with enthusiasm and compassion when they reach out to us. Serving as the initial point of contact, you will play a crucial role in fostering trust among prospective customers and vendors in the services we provide.

Our ideal candidate places a high value on delivering exceptional customer service, possesses strong organizational skills, collaborates effectively with team members, and approaches their work with a positive, "can-do" attitude. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing drop-offs, and upselling window tint, clear bra, and ceramic coating packages. Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling is essential to accommodate walk-in appointments promptly. Additionally, maintaining a casual yet presentable appearance is required, as is the ability to conduct oneself professionally on the telephone with both clients and vendors.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients upon their arrival
  • Manage drop-offs and upsell window tint, clear bra, and ceramic coating packages
  • Engage clients with leading questions to discern their needs effectively
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable
  • Provide accurate pricing and timelines to clients
  • Communicate job details accurately to the installers
  • Utilize proprietary CRM effectively
  • Follow up with clients for additional sales or commission opportunities
  • Foster client loyalty by building genuine relationships

Desired Skills & Traits:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
  • Proficiency in spoken, written, and comprehension of English required
  • A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required for potential vehicle movement required
  • Experience with Word, Excel, and basic computer programs required
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with both clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Adaptability to changing business demands with a positive attitude

Pay & Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $22 DOE, plus 10% commission on sales
  • Paid time off
