We have a client seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team at a leading media company. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, leveraging Workday Adaptive Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to drive business insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance, trends, and key financial drivers.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement in revenue and expense management.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial planning best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning is required.
• Strong understanding of financial planning principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to stakeholders.

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000
