What You’ll Do:

• Lead and optimize Coupa post-implementation processes for seamless invoice processing and approvals.

• Oversee high-volume AP operations for both U.S. and international vendors, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Drive AP reporting improvements, providing critical insights to finance leadership.

• Enhance internal controls and regulatory compliance, minimizing financial risks.

• Lead the annual 1099 process across multiple entities.

• Manage and mentor a high-performing AP team, fostering growth and accountability.

• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and executive teams to enhance AP functions and vendor relationships.

• Identify and implement process automation opportunities using Coupa, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of hands-on AP experience, managing high-volume operations.

• 3+ years in leadership, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing teams.

• Expertise in Coupa optimization, reporting, and automation.

• Strong ERP proficiency (Coupa, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle).

• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical skills, and a passion for process improvement.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced finance environment.

• Strong executive presence and communication skills to engage with leadership and cross-functional teams.
