Hoxton Circle has partnered with a educational non-profit in Monterey to add a temporary Administrative Coordinator full time Monday through Friday until the end of August. The role is a contracted set term with medical benefits available through Hoxton Circle.

  • Administrative support- answering phones, clerical tasks, filing, copying and general EA support
  • Data entry and general office support. 
  • Assist in project management, tracking deadlines and facilitating communication

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of office administration experience
  • 1 year customer service experience.
