An expanding investment holding company is seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President, Strategic Finance to lead financial planning, enterprise transformation, and performance across its portfolio. This high-impact executive role reports directly to the CFO and plays a key part in shaping the company’s financial future.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the CFO to shape and execute group-wide finance strategy and transformation.
• Lead and mentor senior finance leaders, fostering alignment and high-performance culture.
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and investor-ready insights.
• Drive key finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and process optimization.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with operations, technology, and executive teams.
  

Requirements:

• 20+ years of progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success leading FP&A functions and large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience in private equity–backed, multi-entity, or holding companies preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Compensation: $350,000 - 500,000 base
