Hoxton Circle is partnering with a return client in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Accounts Receivable Analyst. The role will be on a long-term contract through to 2026 with the opportunity to become permanent in the new year. Medical benefits and sick pay available through Hoxton Circle during the contracted phase. The job is 2-3 days in office per week. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Researching, resolving, analyzing, and trending chargeback discrepancies to result in appropriate credits issued within wholesaler/distributor contractual terms
• Developing, building, and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with wholesaler/distributor partners
• Reconciliation of wholesaler chargeback deductions
• Assisting Manager in capturing and analyzing chargeback accrual and reserve month end financials
• Reviewing credits for completeness and accuracy
• Tracking, calculating, and processing chargeback credits to key partners
• Reconciling of chargeback submissions received and credits issued, ensuring accuracy of claim data for end customer sales transaction and payment to wholesaler

Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of a BA/BS degree
• 3+ years of high volume billing experience minimum.
• Experience with SaaS/subscriptions preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Chargebee highly preferred.
