We're Hiring: Accounts Payable Associate

Join our clients dynamic Accounts Payable team as a Senior Associate and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and driving process improvements!

 

What You’ll Do:
Process high-volume invoices with precision
Reconcile vendor statements & resolve discrepancies
Assist with Coupa optimizations & AP workflows
Support month-end close & financial reporting
Collaborate with operations, procurement, & accounting

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of AP experience (high-tech, telecom, or construction a plus)
Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365 is a plus
Strong analytical skills & attention to detail

Compensation: 60,000-75,000
