Senior Associate, Procurement Process Improvement and Optimization

Our client, the Holding Company for an innovative investment firm that powers long-term value by merging capital, talent, and technology—is looking for a Senior Associate, Procurement Process Innovation to lead the charge in transforming procurement operations.
This is not your typical procurement role. This is a chance to influence the core of how an organization operates—helping reshape how procurement, sourcing, and vendor management processes work, from strategy to execution. You’ll be key to driving cost-effective, tech-savvy, and scalable solutions that impact the entire enterprise and portfolio companies.
Core Responsibilities:
- Reimagine and redesign procurement workflows, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), sourcing, and contract management
- Lead initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs, and elevate performance using tools like Lean or Six Sigma
- Partner closely with teams across finance, legal, and technology to align improvements with larger business goals
- Play an active role in platform upgrades and implementations (Coupa, Ariba, etc.), helping shape the future of procurement tech
- Identify risks, set up controls, and build smarter, more resilient vendor operations
- Use data to inform decisions, build compelling process maps, and champion automation opportunities
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in procurement operations, supply chain transformation, or consulting
- Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay systems: MSD365 (Dynamics 365) and/or Coupa strongly preferred but not required
- Comfortable navigating systems change and leading process improvement projects
- Strong communicator, collaborator, and influencer who can lead cross-functional change within inventory, procurement, supply chain, logistics, etc.
- Background in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (advanced degrees/certifications welcome IE - Lean Six Sigma)
- Industry experience in technology, cloud computing, high performing computers, power generation, utilities, data centers, construction, engineering, architecture, etc. (not limited to)
- Proficient with tools like Excel, Visio, Tableau or Alteryx for analytics and process documentation
- U.S. work authorization required

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 + Bonus
