What Will You Be Doing?

• Own the AP Cycle: Oversee the entire Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth financial operations.
• Bank Reconciliations & Journal Entries: Perform reconciliations, manage journal entries, and handle intercompany transfers.
• Support Broader Accounting Functions: Collaborate across teams to support all accounting needs as required.
• Work with ERP Systems: Utilize ERP systems like QuickBooks to SAP (experience with both is ideal) to manage day-to-day accounting operations.

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of AP experience, with at least 2+ years managing the full AP cycle.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and general accounting practices.

Location: Century City, CA (On-site, 5 days a week)
Salary: $25 - $30 per hour
