Office Manager

Our client is seeking a polished, proactive, and organized Office Manager. This individual will be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional guest experiences, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general office management duties including:
    • Ordering supplies (including snacks, paper, printer supplies, etc.)
    • Managing packages, deliveries, and mail
    • Coordinating with building services as needed
  • Plan and execute in-office events and team gatherings
  • Provide administrative support to a designated leader, with potential for expanded backup support
  • Greet and assist guests and visitors
  • Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming office environment
  • Act as a liaison between departments and ensure communication flows smoothly

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in office coordination, facilities, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High level of professionalism with a polished appearance
  • A “can-do” attitude, humility, and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)



Compensation: $75,000 - 85,000 base
