Our client is seeking a polished, proactive, and organized Office Manager. This individual will be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional guest experiences, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office management duties including:
- Ordering supplies (including snacks, paper, printer supplies, etc.)
- Managing packages, deliveries, and mail
- Coordinating with building services as needed
- Plan and execute in-office events and team gatherings
- Provide administrative support to a designated leader, with potential for expanded backup support
- Greet and assist guests and visitors
- Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming office environment
- Act as a liaison between departments and ensure communication flows smoothly
Requirements:
- Prior experience in office coordination, facilities, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of professionalism with a polished appearance
- A “can-do” attitude, humility, and eagerness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Compensation: $75,000 - 85,000 base
