Director of Finance

Overview:

The Director of Finance will play a pivotal role in financial strategy and operations, supporting business growth in an exciting and dynamic market. This position offers stability, growth, and the opportunity to expand your career while driving key financial initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Own financial models, KPIs, and performance tracking.
• Manage monthly close and ensure timely, accurate financials.
• Provide strategic insights through forecasting and data analysis.
• Prepare and present quarterly board reports.
• Support equity/debt fundraising and lender relationships.
• Oversee P&L analysis, cash flow, and contribution margins.
• Lead accounting team and third-party engagements.
• Manage HR processes, payroll, and business insurance.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in finance or accounting roles.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Expertise in financial modeling, systems, and controls.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• CPG industry experience.

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000

Compensation: $150,000-$175,000
