Accounting Manager

What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five accounting professionals.
Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Support audits, tax filings, and internal process improvements.
Work closely with the Controller on strategic initiatives.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong GAAP knowledge and expertise in financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.) & Excel.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
