We're partnering with a growing, PE-owned construction company searching for a Director of Accounting to own all accounting activities and manage a team of 5. This company has established an excellent name in the market and been growing at a steady rate, and this is a great time to come in and play a key role in its ongoing success. 

Reporting to the VP Finance, you'll be responsible for all monthly close activities, AR, AP, intercompany reconciliations, monthly reporting packages, and audits. Additionally, you'll support cash flow forecasting and management, integration of newly acquired entities, and implementing and streamlining processes to support company growth. 

This role is based in office 5 days per week and pays $130K-$160K + bonus.

What we're looking for

• Public accounting background and CPA preferred but not required
• Extensive experience overseeing all aspects of a corporate accounting function
• Time spent working for a PE portfolio company and/or supporting M&A processes
• An excellent team leader with proven results elevating staff
