This role is a key leadership position focused on operational excellence, process automation, and transformation. You will oversee daily financial operations, manage global accounting processes, and develop scalable, tech-driven solutions across functions including accounts payable/receivable, inventory, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in capital-intensive projects, cost accounting, and global financial operations, alongside strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational accounting functions: A/P, A/R, fixed assets, inventory, reconciliations.
• Develop project and cost accounting capabilities for capital-intensive environments (e.g., data centers, telecom, construction, or engineering).
• Implement automation tools (e.g., D365, OneStream, Coupa, Kyriba) to streamline high-volume processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams (Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, etc.) to optimize financial systems and workflows.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
• Drive continuous process improvement and establish a center of excellence in operational accounting.
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team with a focus on development and performance.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s/CPA preferred).
• 10+ years in accounting leadership roles, including experience in operational accounting and multi-entity environments.
• Expertise in cost accounting, fixed assets, inventory, and capital project accounting.
• Strong track record in process automation and systems implementation.
• Experience in international financial operations and compliance is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with financial platforms such as D365, Coupa, OneStream, and Concur.

Compensation: $190,000 - 210,000 base
