This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for investor-grade reporting, internal controls, ERP transformation, and mentoring an established team of senior finance leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group-wide accounting policies, reporting, and compliance.
• Oversee financial reporting across all entities and global shared services.
• Manage high-volume operational accounting (P2P, inventory, cost, fixed assets).
• Ensure accurate investment accounting and board-ready reporting.
• Drive ERP and financial systems transformation.
• Harmonize internal controls, simplify processes, and increase automation.
• Develop and coach a team of experienced senior leaders.
  

Qualifications:

• Over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in finance and accounting, including enterprise-level controllership.
• CPA certification required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Extensive expertise in ERP and Financial Information Systems (FIS) implementation and transformation.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing senior finance teams.
• Experience working within holding companies, multi-entity structures, or global organizations is highly desirable.

Compensation: $350,000 - 500,000 base
