Position Summary:
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining financial and client data within our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data (e.g., transactions, client records, account balances) into internal systems and databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before entry.
- Assist with preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and data analysis for internal and regulatory purposes.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and finance teams to address data discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information.
- Support administrative tasks and process improvements related to data management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, preferably in a financial services or regulated industry.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Compensation: $48,000-$52,000.00
