A dynamic and growing financial services firm dedicated to delivering innovative financial solutions and exceptional client service is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to support their operational and financial reporting needs.

Position Summary:

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining financial and client data within our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Enter and update data (e.g., transactions, client records, account balances) into internal systems and databases with a high level of accuracy.
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy before entry.
  • Assist with preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and data analysis for internal and regulatory purposes.
  • Collaborate with operations, compliance, and finance teams to address data discrepancies or missing information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information.
  • Support administrative tasks and process improvements related to data management.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry, preferably in a financial services or regulated industry.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.

     




Compensation: $48,000-$52,000.00
