The FP&A analyst role sits at the intersection of finance and data, playing a key role in driving strategic insights and supporting business decisions through robust financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models and dashboards to support planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that inform budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate financial data into meaningful narratives for senior stakeholders
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including variance analysis and business reviews
• Continuously enhance data processes and tools to improve efficiency and insight generation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a data-driven FP&A role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

 

Compensation: $100,000-$120,000
