Our client is seeking an experienced Coupa Product Owner and Administrator to support and enhance their Accounts Payable (AP) and Procurement functions. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the smooth operation and continual improvement of our Coupa environment, helping to streamline financial operations and deliver a best-in-class user experience across the enterprise.

This is a hands-on role requiring deep Coupa expertise, a strong understanding of procurement and AP processes, and the ability to collaborate across finance, IT, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for Coupa modules including Requisitions, Orders, Invoices, Sourcing, Supplier Information Management (SIM), Contracts, and Analytics.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and the overall user experience.
• Manage Coupa configurations, perform regular updates, and ensure smooth adoption of new releases and enhancements.
• Respond to user queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training to ensure optimal system usage.
• Serve as the primary contact for Coupa support and technical vendors. Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to manage integrations between Coupa and Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations.
• Build and deliver reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to AP and Procurement stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa in an administrative or product owner role.
• Deep understanding of AP and Procurement business processes.
• Coupa Administration Certification strongly preferred.
• Skilled in system configuration, release management, and integration.
• Familiar with Coupa–Microsoft D365 integrations is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Highly organized, with a strong commitment to accuracy and documentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation: $150,000 - 160,000 base
