Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Coupa system
• Manage system setup, configuration, user access, and integrations with ERP and third-party tools
• Lead Coupa implementation, including project planning, testing, rollout, and user training
• Design and enforce procurement workflows, approval hierarchies, and spend policies
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to ensure system alignment with business needs
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for better user experience and efficiency

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems administration, with direct ownership of Coupa or similar tools
• Coupa certification strongly preferred
• Proven experience leading system implementations from end to end
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, and spend management principles
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

 

Compensation: $110,00-$160,000
