We're partnering with a well-established and recognizable brand name in the manufacturing space on a search for a VP Finance. This is a newly created position, being hired to bring more rigor around strategic finance and analysis to decision making, and is a high impact leadership opportunity within a growing, PE-owned company with a long history.

Reporting to the CFO, you'll partner closely with the exec team and PE sponsor while owning strategic finance activities, including M&A due diligence and integration of acquired businesses. Additionally, there's a heavy operational finance component to the role and your insights will be used to optimize manufacturing operations, cost structures and supply chain efficiencies.

About you:

• Investment banking, private equity or management consulting background with advanced modeling skills
• Experience working for a PE owned company and partnering with the private equity sponsor
• Manufacturing/CPG industry experience required
• Proven results implementing more rigorous and value-add finance processes
  
• MBA preferred but not required

Compensation: 200000-230000
