Are you passionate about bridging the gap between finance and technology? Our client is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining our financial systems, supporting the Accounting and FP&A teams with systems configuration, reporting, and data analysis.

 

This is a high-impact role, you’ll collaborate across Finance and IT to ensure data integrity, streamline reporting processes, and improve decision-making through strategic use of technology. You'll be instrumental in transforming how our client manage and use financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business needs through service ticket resolution and stakeholder facilitation.
• Develop, update, and optimize dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and Tableau.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and data governance standards.
• Configure workflows across financial systems (D365, Blackline, Coupa, Workday, Concur).
• Collaborate with IT to manage system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Create and manage data uploads and interfaces to ensure operational efficiency.
• Represent Finance during IT support and systems implementation projects.
• Conduct data analysis to support internal decision-making across finance functions.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA a plus).
• Minimum 4 years in data analytics, accounting processes, or FP&A support.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and financial systems (D365, Workday, Coupa etc.); experience with Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of procurement, accounting workflows, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead, collaborate, and influence across departments.

Compensation: $120,000 - 140,000 base
