Junior Financial Analyst-Hybrid/ REMOTE

Are you a Financial Analyst looking for a company to fully train you in the experience you need to have a successful career? A large international corporation in the financial services industry is offering this opportunity to a motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join a growing finance team.

The Junior Financial Analyst will support the forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning, and analysis (FP&A) activities across both national and international operations. This is a key entry-level role with exposure to global finance processes and business strategy.

Responsibilities (will train):

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans for domestic and international business units.
  • Support the month-end and quarter-end closing process with variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and regional finance teams to collect data and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to support senior management decision-making.
  • Assist in developing and refining financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Monitor key financial metrics, business trends, and operational performance indicators.
  • Contribute to scenario analysis and ad hoc financial projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • A minimum of an internship is required OR at least six months of work experience as a financial analyst.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, while exposure to an ERP system OR dashboard building tools, like Power Bi or Tableau are a plus but not required.
  • Understanding of basic financial modeling principles.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international team environment.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.



Compensation: $75,000-$90,000
