Accounts Payable Specialist

We’re partnering with a nationally recognized SaaS accounting firm that supports clients across multiple industries. They’re seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to handle full-cycle AP functions and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable — including match, batch, and code for high-volume invoices

• Process and reconcile purchase orders and vendor statements

• Prepare and post journal entries related to AP and accruals

• Support month-end close and assist with vendor payments

• Maintain organized documentation and assist with audit support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle AP experience

• Strong knowledge of match, batch, and code processes

• Hands-on experience with journal entries and purchase order systems

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $33–$36/hr (DOE)
