Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage month-end and year-end consolidation processes across multiple international entities
• Oversee complex intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translations ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and disclosures for a publicly traded company
• Apply advanced technical accounting expertise to complex transactions and policy decisions
• Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistent accounting practices and accurate currency conversions
• Partner with external auditors and support audit activities with technical accounting insights
• Drive improvements in consolidation systems, internal controls, and accounting policies
• Mentor junior accounting staff on consolidations and technical accounting matter

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in required and CPA is preferred but not required
• 5+ years of experience as an accountant is required
• Previous experience at the accounting manager level is not required, however, must have at least been at the senior accountant level and managed staff directly
• Previous/ current Big 4 public accounting experience is a must
• Must have worked for a publicly traded corporation
• Deep technical accounting expertise with a focus on complex consolidations and international currency translation under US GAAP
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with tight deadline

Compensation: 130,000-160,000
