$100,000–$115,000 base salary + benefits

About the Role

A leading company in the agriculture industry is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to help drive high-impact financial analysis and support portfolio-level decision-making. This is a great fit for someone who has strong accounting fundamentals and is ready to step into a more strategic finance role.

You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to turn financial data into clear, actionable business insights.

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across multiple business units

• Support portfolio reviews, forecasts, and variance analyses

• Apply your accounting foundation to ensure accuracy in financial modeling and reporting

• Collaborate with accounting on journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities

• Translate data into meaningful recommendations for operations and leadership

What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting

• Strong understanding of general ledger, journal entries, close processes, and variance analysis

• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

• Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable presenting findings to leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus, but not required)
