This dynamic company is seeking a Controller on a direct hire basis to lead their accounting and finance operations. Details:

• Salary range is between $120K-$150K + 15% bonus.
• The Controller will be the highest-level accounting and finance professional for the company, reporting into the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the entire accounting and finance operations for the company.
• Supervise general accounting staff.
• Prepare revenue recognition schedules, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Improve and oversee reporting processes.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements and handle financial reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred but work equivalency will suffice.
• Small to mid-size company experience is a plus but not required.
• At least 5+ years of experience, with at least two years of experience at the accounting manager level or higher.
• Experience fully managing the closing process and reporting.

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000
