A rapidly growing, well-known, global corporation is seeking a Senior Accountants to focus on operational accounting and performance improvement across the organization. This is a highly visible role that combines strong technical accounting skills with the opportunity to build scalable processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Support monthly and quarterly financial close, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with business operations teams to understand cost drivers, revenue streams, and operational KPIs
• Create and improve standard operating procedures for accounting processes and controls
• Analyze trends and partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities for efficiency and automation
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records and support internal and external audit requests
• Support ad hoc financial projects and initiatives focused on driving operational excellence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• Minimum 3+years of accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth or operationally complex environment
• Strong Excel capabilities and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with ERP systems and a strong aptitude for technology
• Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000
