Your Daily Impact:

• Process 200-300 transactions monthly
• Accurately input financial data into the accounting system
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure proper documentation
• Calculate and submit commission payments for payroll processing
• Reconcile financial records related to sales, receivables, and deposits
• Maintain clear communication with management, sales teams, and department heads

What You’ll Bring:

• Must have fleet accounting experience
• At least 3 years of experience in dealership accounting or administration
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting processes
• Proficiency in Management Systems and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented setting
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and accuracy in financial reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certificate or degree in Accounting or Finance
