Job Duties:

• Prepare and track CAM budgets
• Manage fixed asset accounting
• Assist with month end close and preparation of financial reports
• Prepare financial models for multiple complex properties
• Manage a small team of Accountants

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of real estate accounting experience
• Must have a least 2 years of accounting management experience
• Must hold a CPA
• Must have experience using Yardi
