Senior Associate, Procurement Process Improvement
Location: Las Colinas, TX (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Full-Time | New Role Created Due to Growth

Salary $110-115k + bonus.

We are hiring a Senior Associate, Procurement Process Improvement to join a growing enterprise operations team. This is a newly created position focused on optimizing procurement processes across multiple business lines. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement process improvement initiatives across the organization

• Evaluate and improve internal controls related to vendor risk and compliance

• Collaborate with procurement, finance, AP, and supply chain teams

• Provide actionable insights using procurement and supply chain data

• Engage with senior leadership to influence change and drive efficiency

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations

• Strong process improvement skills; Lean/Six Sigma mindset preferred

• Experience working in high-volume environments (tech, logistics, data centers)

• Familiarity with vendor management and internal controls

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred

• Consulting or Big 4 advisory experience is a plus

• Familiarity with Coupa is a bonus, not required
