What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team.
• Own monthly financial statements and key reporting.
• Manage bank audits, compliance, and financial analysis.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization.
• Ensure accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Drive innovation by improving systems and workflows.

What You Bring

Skills & Expertise:

• Financial leadership with a passion for accuracy.
• Excel & QuickBooks mastery for streamlined reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience & Education:

• 5+ years in accounting, including leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting (CPA preferred).
