What You’ll Do:

As our Financial Analyst, you’ll be the go-to person for budgeting, forecasting, and financial storytelling that guides executive decision-making. You’ll work closely with various departments, support the CFO, and be a key contributor in shaping financial strategy and business operations.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Annual Forecasting Process and provide monthly variance updates

• Deliver insightful financial analysis and recommendations to leadership

• Build and maintain dynamic financial models, forecasts, and scenario planning tools

• Analyze operational and financial data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities

• Create dashboards and reports that support strategic initiatives and real-time decision-making

• Partner with cross-functional teams like sales, procurement, and operations

• Perform ad hoc financial modeling to support leadership and the CFO directly

• Conduct market benchmarking and research to evaluate performance and competitiveness

 What You Bring:

• 3+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar analytical field

• Strong experience in SQL, Power BI, and Advanced Excel

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  Compensation:

• Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
