Regional Finance Business Partner – Hybrid (Greater Milwaukee Area)

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with regional leadership to drive financial performance, identify opportunities, and guide operational decisions

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking for multiple entities

• Provide insightful variance analysis and actionable recommendations

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes ensuring GAAP compliance

• Support system integrations (ERP, Sage Intacct) and post-acquisition performance tracking

• Mentor and collaborate with accounting teams across the region

What We’re Looking For:

• 6–10 years in finance/accounting, including FP&A and controllership

• Strong multi-entity or regional financial management experience

• Solid GAAP knowledge and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• ERP experience (Sage Intacct a plus)

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Compensation: $140,000-$170,000
