$125K or more depending on expereince  + 10–15% Bonus | On-Site, Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all accounting operations, budgeting, and financial reporting.

• Ensure full compliance with ASC 606 and drive accrual accounting processes.

• Deliver strategic financial insights that drive smart business decisions.

• Strengthen internal controls and implement financial best practices.

• Partner with leadership on planning, forecasting, and business scaling.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Controller or senior finance leader.

• Deep understanding of ASC 606 and accrual accounting.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.

• Comfortable working onsite 5 days/week in the San Fernando Valley.
