Our client is a leading global organization is seeking a seasoned VP of Finance and Controller to lead its accounting, financial reporting, and internal control functions.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this strategic leadership role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining full compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and SOX requirements, and building scalable, efficient finance operations to support continued organizational growth.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will bring 15–25 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, a CPA (Big 4 background strongly preferred), and a proven track record within publicly traded companies.
• This role will oversee U.S. accounting operations and provide leadership across global subsidiaries.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, hands-on leadership, and operational excellence are critical.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or SAP), global consolidation, and industries such as beauty or consumer products is a plus.

Compensation: $230,000 - 250,000 base
