We are a rapidly growing manufacturer seeking a Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Manager to optimize sourcing, procurement, and supplier management. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead in driving efficiency, streamlining processes, and supporting a high-growth business.

What You’ll Do:

Develop & implement procurement strategies to improve efficiency and cost savings.
Lead sourcing & supplier management to ensure high-quality materials at the best pricing.
Manage materials planning (MRP) and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Oversee ERP transition
Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize value and supplier performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and R&D to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
Analyze key procurement data and track performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

Associate’s degree or higher  
4+ years in procurement/sourcing within food & beverage, CPG or pharma industries.
ERP/MRP experience  
Energetic, eager, and hands-on—we want someone ready to grow with us!
Small company experience preferred—you know how to wear multiple hats.
