We’re seeking a dynamic HR Director to take the reins of a high-impact, people-first strategy across several branches. If you're passionate about building teams, driving change, and making HR a true business partner, this is your moment.

What You’ll Own:

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals

• Lead end-to-end talent efforts—recruiting, onboarding, engagement, retention

• Oversee comp, benefits, compliance, performance, and employee relations

• Be a trusted advisor to branch managers and drive org-wide initiatives

• Use HR metrics to fuel smart decisions and culture-forward change

• Mentor and lead an HR team, including a direct manager-level report

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in HR leadership; proven team-builder and change agent

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification a big plus

• Experience across the full HR spectrum—recruiting to retention

• Strong business acumen and people-first mindset

• Bonus if you’re bilingual in Spanish and/or familiar with Paycom
