Accounts Payable Associate

Start Date: Mid June ( Expected as 2 months project )

We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Associate for a long-term temporary project with a highly respected company in the Salinas Valley. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady work, a supportive team, and the chance to grow with a company that's expanding.

You'll work onsite with a tenured accounting team that values accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration. This role starts by the end of June—and has potential for temp-to-hire if it’s a great mutual fit.

Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle accounts payable, including coding, matching, and posting invoices

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies

• Assist with month-end close processes

• Support the team with special accounting projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience

• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (ERP preferred)

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• A proactive, team-oriented attitude
