Responsibilities

  • Manage office inventory
  • Prepare and edit RFPs
  • Manage all software
  • Implement an office management software
  • Support operations with administrative task
  • Provide top quality customer service to clients and vendors

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years office manager experience
  • Strong tech skills
  • Vendor management
  • Have supported a small company through hyper growth
  • Has been in a stand alone role, managing an office, having to wear many hats
  • Excellent communication and customer service



Compensation: 90000-95000
