Responsibilities
- Manage office inventory
- Prepare and edit RFPs
- Manage all software
- Implement an office management software
- Support operations with administrative task
- Provide top quality customer service to clients and vendors
Qualifications
- At least 3 years office manager experience
- Strong tech skills
- Vendor management
- Have supported a small company through hyper growth
- Has been in a stand alone role, managing an office, having to wear many hats
- Excellent communication and customer service
Compensation: 90000-95000
