We are currently hiring an HR and Administrative Coordinator who will be responsible for the full spectrum of administrative activities and human resources management in a professional consulting firm.

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Administrative Oversight and Leadership

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for in-person and remote staff, including local office management.
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions within the division as firm grows.
  • Coordinate with other divisions to ensure business effectiveness, efficiency, and continuity.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain administrative Standard Operating Procedures to ensure effective and consistent administrative operations.
  • Manage administrative records ensuring that they are updated at regular intervals, organized and in compliance with regulations as needed.

Human Resources

  • Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and programs.
  • Address and resolve employee questions, concerns and/or conflicts effectively.
  • Handle employee performance issues and/or disciplinary actions in collaboration with Organization Development Director.
  • Oversee employee engagement and professional development initiatives in collaboration with other divisions and workgroups.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, coordinating with other divisions, as needed.
  • Oversee employee performance review processes.
  • Manage employee schedules and time off or leave requests.
  • Work with Organization Development Director to ensure legal compliance with state and federal labor laws, staying up to date on changes.
  • Provide direct supervision to small number of HR/Admin staff.

Contracts Management

  • Collaborate with leadership in consulting and business development divisions to oversee client contract management and tracking.
  • Support contract compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of fulltime administrative and human resources experience, preferably in a small business environment.
  • Previous experience supervising team members.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency including Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), Zoom, Dropbox, and other software in support of business functions.
  • Ability to transport self to and from office, and to additional sites, as directed.
