Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire remodeling process, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the design team, communicate regularly with contractors and subcontractors, and ensure all parties are aligned with project goals.
  • Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Develop and manage detailed project timelines, including the allocation of resources to ensure efficiency.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to monitor construction progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Client & Team Communication: Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, designers, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Change Order Management: Ensure that any changes to the project scope are handled efficiently and do not impact timelines or budgets.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in construction project management, particularly in residential projects, with a proven record of delivering on time and within budget.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in reading construction documentation (blueprints, contracts, permits), understanding building codes and safety regulations.
  • Hands-on Ability: Ability to handle handyman-type tasks (e.g., changing light fixtures, touch-ups) to expedite project completion.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software like Buildertrend, Office 365, and Slack is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
