B2B Sales Representative (Remote)

Responsibilities:
This is a full-cycle sales role focused on acquiring new customers. You will identify target companies, conduct outbound outreach, lead discovery conversations, present customized solutions, and close new business. Once a sale is secured, our operations team manages fulfillment and customer delivery so you can stay focused on pipeline development and closing deals.
- Identify and prospect new B2B opportunities
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Research and target organizations aligned with our ideal customer profile
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs
- Present customized branded merchandise solutions
- Close new business and secure signed purchase orders
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in new business development
- MUST have experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven
- Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or marketing products a bonus
- Experience selling in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must reside in the United States
