Print Services Regional Manager (NW)

We are seeking a driven and experienced Print Services Operations Manager to oversee daily regional operations and lead a team of field technicians in delivering exceptional services and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and manage Print Services staff including planning, coaching, performance monitoring, and appraisals. Responsible for enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for daily regional operations management including but not limited to:
- SLA, performance monitoring,root cause analysis and corrective actions, issues list tracking and change management proposals, problem solving
- Provide leadership to assigned resources
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs quarterly employee evaluations for full time resources
- Approve timesheets and tracks attendance
- Perform other duties as required including backup for Senior Operation Manager as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or 3 years of experience managing IT service field technicians in a corporate setting
- Printer support experience (Xerox/Lexmark certifications preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly experienced in Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to travel as required and work overtime when needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Authorized to work in the US
- Must have reliable personal transportation and valid driver license
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
